GENERAL CONDITIONS
The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a
contract neither for the client nor for Fattoria Palazzeta.
The booking request represents an order form and therefore
binding for the client but not binding for Fattoria Palazzeta, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation of Fattoria Palazzeta sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes
the drawing up of the booking contract with options.
If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the
client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of
Fattoria Palazzeta in order that the options are cleared and the booking is
definitely confirmed.
At which point Fattoria Palazzeta promise to send the client a confirmation letter and resume
voucher which the client must present at the Check-in.
The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation
conditions of the establishment concerned.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The booking request becomes binding for Fattoria Palazzeta only after receiving the receipt that the first payment has been made. (1/3 of the total amount of the stay).
Payment must be carried out as follows:
- 1/3 at the moment of booking - Advance payment
- 1/3 half way between the moment of booking and arrival date
- 1/3 10 days before arrival.
To be paid on site when we hand over the keys:(final cleaning, charge per person for services, deposit for damages)
Credit cards, bancomat (debit cards), cheques: not accepted.
Deposit for any damages: Euro 100,00
Pets not allowed
The swimming-pool will be open from about 10/05 to 8/10
Reception Service: only on Saturdays from 08.30 to 12.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00. (During other times, open only for emergencies or if an appointment is made).
Arrival time: check-in is from 16.00 to 19.00 in Fattoria Palazzeta. If you arrive out of these hours we would like to remind you that we do not have a large reception area or a place to store bags/suitcases. Neither is there a bar or public toilets so we advise that you respect the arrival times. The apartment will be available from 14:30 onwards depending on whether it has already been cleaned. If you arrive out of the above mentioned times, you will need to let us know so that we can come to some arrangement
Departure time: check out is from 08:00 till 10:00 am. If you want to leave earlier you will need to let us know so that formalities can be carried out in advance.
Occupancy: The number of persons occupying a room shall not exceed the indicated amount. If the indicated amount is exceeded, La Fattoria Palazzeta may request the cancellation of the booking and as a further penalty will retain any money already paid, plus any penalty for damages.
It is forbidden to bring pets of any type or size into the grounds or apartments unless the guest has been granted permission to do so by La Fattoria Palazzeta.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)
For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution
e/o to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions
are applied, in which a part Fattoria Palazzeta, are legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of
the local law courts of Livorno.
