GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Fattoria Palazzeta.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Fattoria Palazzeta, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Fattoria Palazzeta sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Fattoria Palazzeta in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Fattoria Palazzeta promise to send the client a confirmation letter and resume voucher which the client must present at the Check-in.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

ALLGEMEINE GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN

Ankunft (Check-in): Die Appartements k?n samstags in der Zeit von 16.00 bis 19.00 Uhr bezogen werden.

Abreise (Check-out): Die Appartements sind am Abreisetag bis sp?stens 10.00 Uhr zu hinterlassen.

Besetzung: Die maximale Personanzahl angezeigt f? Wohnung muss nicht ?hritten werden.  Wenn diese Regel nicht beachtet wird, darf die Fattoria Palazzetta die Reservierung stornieren, und als weitere Strafe das Geld nicht zur?tatten. Besch?gung der Wohnung muss auch bezahlt werden. Es ist verboten, jede Art Tier in die Anlagen oder in die Ferienwohnungen zu bringen, sofern die Fattoria es dem Kunden schon  
genehmigt hat.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution e/o to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Fattoria Palazzeta, are legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Livorno.
