Sea side apartment in Cecina Mare (about 120 sqm): Large part of Art Nouveau Villa situated opposite the pinewoods, only 180 m from the sea and 300 m from the small centre of Cecina Mare, in a peaceful side road off the main road. The apartment is about 120 sqm laid out over the first floor and the attic of the villa. On the 1st floor there is an independant kitchen with new fittings, oven and satellite TV, two large double bedrooms, a small bedroom with two single beds which can be made into a double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower (one without window) and handy broom cupboard equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The attic has been converted into a small bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds.
