IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RESERVATIONS IN 2012 (excluding August):
At the beginning of 2008 Palazzeta Farm obtained authorisation from the council to restore and convert the old stables into new tourist accommodation.
By 2013 the new structure should be completed and operational. It will be built according to bio-construction and bio-architecture regulations, and will include large private gardens, a big children's playground, sports facilities, a new swimming pool and a restaurant.
The building works taking place don't affect in any way the current accommodation.
Altough the works in progress are close to the end, we have the same decided to apply a 5% ( except August because the works in progress will have a break ) discount on the price of the apartment to cover any possible disturbances (even if we have been receiving no complaint so far) which may arise from the work being carried out on the building site near the apartments of Fattoria Palazzeta.

Prices high season ( all included ) |
The following prices ( invariable according to the number of people ) include electricity, water and gas (except heating), bed sheets and towels changed weekly Satellite TV, use of swimming pool, children's playground, barbecue, clothesline for washing and parking space (except at the sea side apartment as it has no specific parking space) and the final cleaning. |

Prices low season |
In the period 01/01-01/06 and from 16/09 till 31/12 , the Palazzeta farm applies the following prices :
euro 50,00 per night ( at least 2 nights ) for the 2-roomed apartments, euro 70,00 per night ( at least 2 nights ) for the 3-and 4-roomed apartments |
